Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or contact us. It is short because this site does very little with data.

Who we are

Ronin Media is a media and lead generation agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy, including any request about your data, write to info@roninmedia.ae. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +971 50 366 8455 or by phone on +971 4 335 6666.

What this website collects

Nothing. There is no contact form anywhere on this site, so there is no way to submit information through it. We run no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party trackers. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit and we do not sell or share anything, because we do not hold anything to sell or share.

The site stores no cookies beyond what is strictly required to serve the page. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested files, as an ordinary part of delivering the site and keeping it available. We do not use those logs to identify visitors and we do not combine them with anything else.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or send us an email, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name or display name, your phone number or email address, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and to work out whether we are a fit. We do not add you to a marketing list.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and email travels through our email provider. Those messages sit on their systems as well as ours, under their terms and their privacy policies, not this one.

Links to other services

This site links out to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook. Once you follow one of those links you are on their service, and their privacy policy applies rather than ours. We have no control over what they collect and no visibility of it.

How long we keep things

We keep conversations for as long as they are useful to an active or prospective working relationship, and then we delete them. Since the website itself collects nothing, there is no website data to retain.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to our using it. You can also withdraw consent at any time where we relied on it.

Asking us to delete your data

Email info@roninmedia.ae with the phone number or email address you contacted us from and tell us what you want removed. We will confirm once it is done. If you would rather we deleted a WhatsApp conversation, say so and we will delete our copy of it, though you may also want to delete your own.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything to this site that collects data, such as a form, a booking tool or analytics, we will update this page and change the date at the top before that goes live.
